Current hybrid model
What is automated now and what remains assisted/manual.
- Member charge: automatic (Flow) with active retry behavior.
- Host disbursement: manual operation with payout_reference and actor_id.
- Member refund: assisted/manual with refund_reference, reason_code, and actor_id.
Target timeline
We track opened_at, first_response_at, and resolved_at for each case.
- Immediate open from member idempotent action.
- First response target: less than 24h.
- Assisted resolution with full status and audit trace.
Coverage and exclusions
Current Trust Promise scope in hybrid phase.
- Off-platform payments or agreements are not covered.
- Reports without evidence or violating policy can be rejected.
- Member must report promptly from dashboard to activate SLA and hold.
This promise evolves in phases. Today we protect members with preventive holds and assisted resolution without stopping automatic charging.
